Educational Mobility – Iceland

As part of our Erasmus+ accreditation, one of our teachers participated in an educational mobility in Iceland to enhance her professional development and gain inspiration for the school's art project. Through visits to innovative educational settings, collaboration with international educators, and exploration of creative teaching practices, she discovered new methodologies that foster artistic expression, creativity, and interdisciplinary learning. The experience has provided valuable ideas that will enrich our art programme and contribute to a more engaging and innovative learning environment for our students.

Student Mobility – Italy

As part of our Erasmus+ accreditation, a group of Year 5 students will participate in an educational mobility to Italy. During this international experience, they will improve their Italian language skills through cultural and academic immersion while taking part in collaborative activities with students from the host school. The mobility will also promote intercultural understanding, communication, independence, and teamwork, offering participants a unique opportunity to grow both academically and personally in a European context.

Mindfulness and Outdoor Learning Course – Trapani, Sicily (Italy)

As part of our Erasmus+ accreditation, two of our teachers participated in a specialised course on Mindfulness and Outdoor Learning in Trapani, Sicily. The training explored practical strategies for promoting students' emotional wellbeing, resilience, and engagement through mindfulness practices and nature-based learning experiences. By combining outdoor education with social-emotional learning, the course provided innovative tools to create more inclusive, motivating, and healthy learning environments, enriching teaching practices across our school.
